No Returns are accepted for replacement parts unless damaged during shipping.
*Must Notify us within 24 HR of receiving damaged goods.*
If you wish to return any non-defective products we will refund the purchase within 30 days of original order receipt for any reason, minus return shipping and 20% restocking fee. You need to email
info@LaundryPure-for-home.com a copy of your original order (if ordered online) and your name, and item being returned for a refund. MAKE SURE THAT YOU RECEIVE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SHIPPING IT BACK TO US FOR A REFUND. Shipping will be at customers expense. Once the item and its contents have been returned in their proper condition and in the original manufacturer box, we will then refund your credit card for the full purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee of the total sale price before shipping charges. Returned orders will NOT be accepted for orders refused upon delivery! We are not able to return non-defective inventory to our vendors, therefore, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
